What Does this Transvaginal Result Mean?

Hi doctor,
I am 49yrs old.My transvaginal report saysuterus anteverted enlarged,endometrium 22mms thick with small posterior wall fibroid 1.6*2.1 cms.Myometrium echoes unhealthy with left ovary cyst 4.1*3.1cm and right ovary 2.3*3cms.
My doctor suggested for D & C.Please let me know about the condition and what treatment to take further.

hello aunt, dr.boskey gandhi is here, your sonography report mentioned that endometrial thickness 22cm, means your uterine wall is becoming thick. & it has small size simple tumor. doctor advise d&c to check your thickened uterine wall. if d&c report has any abnormalities, then u should remove uterus for your safer side. I think, at this age, u should become aware of your uterine problem, & go for d&c.all the best, god bless u!
